ITAR Restricted Position

Excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join a cable manufacturing company as an Account Manager in Anaheim, CA. The successful candidate may have at least 1- 3 years of previous experience in Account Management in Electronics Manufacturing Services or a related field.



Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail and personally.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with strategic accounts to further strengthen partnerships.

  • Receiving, processing and following up on customer Request for Quotations.

  • Grow sales revenue through increasing share of wallet with strategic accounts.

  • Provide support to sales, program management and customer to understand and solve needs.

  • Investigate and respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Lead solution development efforts to best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel.

  • Monitor quality metrics for strategic accounts and reconcile discrepancies with customer.

  • Prepare and analyze reports for internal and external customers.

  • Assist with management of customer forecast, raw material and finished goods inventory and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations to the customer.

  • Drive day to day business on behalf of strategic accounts.

  • Identify new areas of opportunity and develop contacts within strategic accounts.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:


  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • High level of initiative with a sense of urgency

  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in data entry and management.

  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred

  • 1-3 years Account Management experience preferred
