Job Description:

Under the direction of the Production Manager the successful candidate will

have previous experience in Production Assembly. Responsible in planning, coordinating and controlling

of manufactured processes. monitors production of finished goods or the effectiveness of

services, ensure accurate amount is produced at the right quality and cost and provides administrative

support to production staff.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in providing the production process and schedule
  • Overseeing quality control and ensuring products are produced on time
  • Assure projects are completed within the deadline.
  • Ability to fully utilize to maximum output of human and material resources
  • Create, review and/or revise a timescale for production
  • Supervise production processes and provide support to human capital
  • Responsible for procuring and monitoring the use of equipment.
  • Assistant production managers also help in checking product standards and applying quality-control programs.
  • Liaising among different clients and departments
  • Completing appropriate paperwork
  • Performing various tasks as assigned by the Production Assistant Manager

Experience and Skills:

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Expertise/Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years Electrical Manufacturing experience
  • Experience in a fast pace environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to read and understand blueprints and travelers
  • Exposure to connectors and/or wire harness (a plus)

Qualifications:

  • Working in accord with all safety regulation of the company
  • Ability to prioritize the importance of a standard order and a hot order
  • The understanding and aptitude to work with computer inventory programs (millennium III)
  • Delivers commitments, producing work of the highest quality in a timely and effective manner
  • Problem solving

Education / Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in managing production assemblers and leads
  • Experience in the use computer-Excel

Language:

-Must be able to communicate in English /Spanish
