Job Description:


  • Responsible for pulling parts from inventory accurately and in a timely manner
  • Verification of the material against picking list and system if necessary
  • Proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory issued to work order making sure toallocate the correct lot number of the part number to the work order
  • Checking, counting and weighing of inventory
  • Stocking and storing all materials assigned by category in its corresponding bin location
  • Conducting cycle counts of inventory
  • Recommend disposal of excess, expired, or obsolete material
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area
  • Perform all assigned task by the supervisor
  • Check in inbound inventory and administer the processing
  • Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Responsible for monitoring the returns process
  • Sort, count, identify, verify and track all material to maintain accurate inventory records
  • To maintain control and identification of material received for proper inventory control accordingto the type of receipt
  • Regularly enter inventory data on a timely basis
  • Cooperate with representatives from other departments in the organization to providewarehouse information as requested
  • Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged andmaintained neatly throughout the warehouse
  • Advise lead or warehouse supervisor of cycle count issues on a timely basis
